These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between RC Workspace ("we", "us", "our"), a unit of Red Circute India Pvt Ltd (GSTIN 29AALCR4077Q1ZC, MSME/Udyam registered), and any person or company ("you", "client") that engages us for office or warehouse fit-out and infrastructure services, or that uses rcworkspace.company. By submitting an enquiry, signing a proposal, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
RC Workspace provides turnkey design-and-build, fit-out, and infrastructure execution services for commercial office and warehouse spaces, including but not limited to civil, electrical, HVAC, networking, fire safety, and security systems. The specific scope of work for any engagement is defined exclusively by the signed proposal, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and any written variation orders — not by website content, marketing material, or verbal discussion.
Any cost figures generated via our online BOQ estimator, free pre-lease audit, or verbal/email quotation are indicative and for planning purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer. A binding scope and price are established only through a signed proposal and detailed BOQ specific to your project and site conditions.
Payment terms, including milestone structure and schedule, are defined in the signed proposal for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due within the timeframe specified against each milestone, and continued work may be paused for milestones with overdue payment.
Project timelines are estimated based on agreed scope and standard site conditions at the time of proposal. Timelines may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to site access delays, delayed client approvals, material availability, statutory clearances, and force majeure events. We will communicate material timeline impacts as they arise.
We provide a workmanship warranty on completed work as specified in the signed proposal for each project. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage from misuse, third-party alterations, or ordinary wear and tear. Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the value of the specific work item in question, as detailed in the applicable proposal, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, RC Workspace may photograph completed projects and reference general project details (space type, approximate size, location) in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. We do not disclose confidential business information, commercial terms, or internal client data without consent.
Either party may terminate an active engagement as per the termination conditions specified in the signed proposal. In the absence of specific terms, termination requires written notice, and the client remains responsible for payment for work completed and materials procured up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
