Wheelhub had just closed a funding round. The team was growing fast and needed a proper office — not a co-working hot desk. They needed it quickly, within a fixed budget, and couldn't afford the typical "3-month fit-out, 4-month reality" cycle that most contractors in Bengaluru deliver.
RC Workspace was appointed with a single brief: complete office fit-out, 45 days, Day-1 operational.

How We Hit 45 Days
Standard fit-out timelines in Bengaluru run 12–16 weeks because most contractors design as they build. Infrastructure goes in after the partitions are up, which means the ceiling comes down when the HVAC duct doesn't fit. RC Workspace eliminates this entirely.
