Truck apron and maneuvering space
Bengaluru's logistics corridors (Dobbaspet, Hoskote, Bidadi, and similar) increasingly host large-format trailers. Apron depth needs to accommodate trailer turning radius — a constraint that's easy to overlook when the building shell was designed for smaller vehicles.
Dock seals and shelters
